It was a notorious Seattle day with rain clouds looming and in my morning preparation for their day I had willed the sun to come out. Driving to the Pan Pacific the sun peeked through and graced us with it’s warmth, giving Seattle that gorgeous diffused glow. Rebecca has a classic beauty that I just can’t get over. She is like a graceful dove that floats around a room, giving off a powerful presence without trying. The very talented Jenny Bowker worked her magic on Rebecca and the girls and they all looked stunning. Spending an entire wedding day with a couple really allows one to see the ins and outs of a couple, the good and sometimes the difficult, but with these two we felt only delight and respect. Leaving at the end of the night, Andy and I agreed that Joey is one of the sweetest, most kind hearted grooms we’ve worked with. I could go on and on about how much we like these two. They married at 415 Westlake and decorated the place with the help of friends and family. I particularly loved the paper hanging installation created for the day and the sweet personal touches of succulent boards, candles and hearts. Being in a band himself, Joey enlisted the musical help of the Black Whales to get their dance party started. From deep down, thanks for letting us be a part of it all…
